A friend once described Japan as the “Land of the Rising Sun.”That simple phrase made me curious to see my own country through fresh eyes.These are small discoveries from my travels across Japan.
シンガポールの友人が、日本のことを 「Land of the Rising Sun（日出づる国）」 と表現していました。日本人が自分たちでそう呼んでいるだけだと思っていたので、少し意外でした。旅をしながら、そんな海外からの視点も少し意識してみると、見慣れた景色や歴史が違って見えてきます。そんな小さな発見を記録していきます。
